The BCTD’s campaign “Project Type Zero: The Hope for a Diabetes Free Tomorrow” has partnered with the Aetna Foundation to offer the Building Health Project to trades men and women in the New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia Area!
 



The Building Health Project is an effort to promote healthy living among building trades men and women by offering a FREE 5 month Bally Total Fitness Gym membership.



The Building Health Project includes
One-hour group fitness class per week specifically designed for BHP participants
15 minutes per week of nutritional guidance
Personal goal setting with a Bally trainer
One-hour group fitness class per week
Chance to earn 10 free personal training sessions
Full access to Bally Total Fitness
 

Registration is limited to 25 people in each of the following locations:
New York  - 139 W 32nd St New York, New York

New Jersey
- 189 Route 46 West Saddle Brook, New Jersey

Pennsylvania
- 2425 S 24th St Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
